This project is a part of a bigger product called Commerce Intelligence (CI) which is an E-commerce Retail Intelligence Product to provide insights to brands to help them win online marketplaces. This section of the product presenting analysed data about discoverability of a product to the user.

Speedy is a tool used by Llyod's team to look at the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment during sprints. Our objective for this proposal was a quick validation of Speedy, find critical pain points, look at the different versions of Speedy used by other teams and identity a high level roadmap.
