Project brief

This project is a part of a bigger product called Commerce Intelligence (CI) which is an E-commerce Retail Intelligence Product to provide insights to brands to help them win online marketplaces. There are several parameters that define success of brands on online marketplaces. These parameters are observed, analyzed and presented on the CI platform to help brands succeed. One of those parameters is 'Discoverability' of a product on the platform.

The problem

How might we let user monitor keywords and determine which keywords should they focus on for better results?

My role and process

  1. Identify data points which allow users reach their goal: Collaborated with the product managers to identify information and data points that need to be presented to the user
  2. Experience strategy: Identified possible use cases, built wireframes and high fidelity mockups to address the different use cases and drive decision making.
  3. Delivery: The final design approved by all stakeholders and worked along with the engineering team and support with the QA.
